That's why we've put together a comprehensive service catalogue of everything IT, to help you avoid the hassles of break-fix while being able to get work done on demand.
When you take a computer to a repair shop, there's no guarantee how long or how much it'll cost you to fix - if they can fix it at all.
We promise to quote you in advance for any IT diagnostic and repair work, and will do the work at a fixed cost if requested. We don't guarantee to be able to fix the problem without requiring further parts or software, the cost of which may be out of our control, but we do guarantee you'll never pay us more finding out what the problem is than the price we give you.
And if you are on Managed Services, the service catalogue covers the costs for any work which falls outside your managed services agreement, up to half a day in total. We'll quote you in advance and perform the work hassle-free.
