Company Profile

Computer Care IT Pty Ltd is an Australian owned private IT company incorporated in 1991.  Our mission is to work with companies as a business partner to accommodate all IT needs.  We sell, install, maintain and repair Microsoft and Unix/Linux computer networks, servers, workstations and peripheral equipment including printers, terminals, tape drives and communication devices.  The company also provides technical computer consulting services in areas such as network security, optimisation, installation, purchase and upgrading of computer equipment.

To provide effective maintenance, diagnostic and backup services, Computer Care has a substantial range of technical resources, spare parts, and replacement units to give the customer maximum Up-time.

All engineers on Computer Cares' staff are fully qualified and experienced computer engineers.

Computer Care IT services include:

Security

·        Network and system audits, secure Internet access advice and set-up, firewall design and implementation

Computer Systems

·        System design, implementation, and upgrades in new or existing premises; advice on solution options to meet business needs

Computer Networks

·        Microsoft and Linux LAN and WAN design, supply, and implementation; advice on improving performance and upgrading systems; installation and upgrade implementation

VoIP Phone Systems

·         

Hardware

·        Supply, installation, maintenance, and repair - Computer Care IT holds spare parts and replacement units to reduce down time and ensure that customers experience maximum up-time; 24 x7 maintenance contracts are available

Peripherals

·        Supply, installation, maintenance and repair – HP printers, Cisco, Linksys and Netgear communication devices, tape/ disk drives, racks/cabinets

Operating Systems

·        Supply, installation, maintenance, system optimisation and repair - all Computer Care IT engineers are Microsoft, Linux, and Cisco certified

Helpdesk support

·        Effective diagnostic support and back up services – 24 x 7 help desk and remote support contracts are available

IT Consulting

·        Advice on equipment purchases, replacement, and upgrades, IT mergers, disaster recovery, back up solutions, etc

IT management

·        Relief/contract IT Management. Handy for when the IT manager/IT Savvy employee takes a holiday.


Ad-Hoc Pricing (includes GST, no call out fee)

·        $130 per hour between 8:30AM & 5:00PM on business days

·        $175 per hour weekends 9:00AM to 10:00PM and weekday evenings 5:00PM to 10:00PM

·        $250 per hour nights 10:00PM to 8:30AM

·        1¼ hour minimum charge for a site visit

·         ¼ hour minimum charge for a Help Desk call

·        Additional travel and parking expenses paid by the customer

 

Prices are discounted for contract customers.
